All of these traits are universal male traits - they are higher in males of all races. Well except for the ones regarding empathy, attractiveness, immune health etc which are lower in males of all races, so you get points for having a bad immune system. And yes Africans are more sociable than Whites, they have larger extended families, big gatherings and less “individualism”.
