Why do female teachers keep having sex with their male students?

I think the female teachers get pulled into the teenage social scene and start competing with the girls for the hot boys. Women can't resist trying to be the sexiest woman in the group that the alpha males all want. In high school, the alpha males happen to be teenagers.
If they were working in a law firm with attractive alpha males they'd go for them instead and wouldn't even notice some teenage boy working in the mail room.
That's my take on it.
Frankly these women aren't suited to teach and mentor adolescent boys. Very few women are.
What I want to know is why it's called, "sex" when women do it to underage boys but "rape" when men do it to underage girls.
