Dear Windsor,
We have received your complaint
AFCA complaint number: 12-25-268742
Thank you for contacting AFCA with your complaint about interest charges. They shared your complaint with us on 09 July 2025.
I am writing to let you know that I am investigating it and will provide an outcome by 30 July 2025.
I will investigate the issues you raised
I understand that you would like me to look into the following issues:
Interest charges.
Credit creation.
During my investigation, I will:
verify your identity
contact you to discuss your complaint further
gather more information about the issues you raised
keep you up to date on my progress.
If you have raised the same complaint directly with the bank and were using our messaging service to discuss your concerns with us, you will no longer be able to do so. This is because external dispute resolution complaints (e.g. AFCA complaints) aren’t able to be managed through our messaging conversations. Instead, we will contact you via the phone number or email you have provided.

I recently had an ATM of a government owned bank dispense counterfeit currencies alongside the usual authentic notes. Was surreal. Called my attorney and going to the central bank monday with all the notes.
